Hi, I'm Carmelo, third generation pastry chef in my family.
The desire to create a bakery exclusively gluten-free was born from the wish to meet the increasingly frequent requests of friends and customers. Over the years, I have studied the celiac situation through information websites and meetings with the local AIC in Ragusa.
That's how the idea matured in me that this bakery was necessary!
Combining my experience in the field with my studies, I created "Giannone Bakery".
