Who we are and why choose us

Coming from generations of pastry chefs, we set out to bring about a change.

 

Experience, study, the desire to help those closest to us, and knowledge of traditional Sicilian pastry have created our bakery.

 

The workshop is exclusively gluten-free.

 

We produce bread and rolls; cakes and cookies; scacce modicane, pizza by the slice, arancini; baked lasagna, penne with sauce, fresh pasta to take home for family lunch.

 

Our production also includes cucca modicana (bread roll with local cheese), cucciddato scaniato (bread seasoned with sausage and cheese in the typical ring shape).
